Electronic Gift Cards will be issued when your aquarium ships. Gift Cards will be issued via email to the purchaser of the qualifying order.

Yes! You can take advantage on our financing options anytime. We encourage you to get preapproval at prior to BlackFriday at https://waterboxaquariums.com/pages/financing. We have installment options up to 36 months as well as SplitPay, which allows you to break your total into four equal payments over time.

Yes, a Gift Card can be used as a payment method during checkout.

These offers are only available during the promotional period (1 PM EST on Wednesday, November 24th until 11:59 PM EST on Monday, November 29th). These offers will be available on the site for multiple days, allowing plenty of opportunity to complete your purchase. No offers will be extended to new purchases after the close of the event.

The sale price is only available during the promotional period. Orders placed prior to, or after the close of Black Friday Cyber Monday, are not eligible for the special offers. If you have purchased an aquarium that is on backorder and will not ship until after 11/24, you may cancel your order and repurchase during the promotional period. However, cancellation of your order, will cause you to lose your place in the queue. Due to extremely high order volume during Black Friday, lead times may be up to 10 weeks out. All cancellations subject to the Terms of our Order Change/Cancellation Policy.
