Can I change or cancel my order?
We are unable to change or cancel an order once it is being prepared for shipment. It is our goal to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
In-stock orders are processed soon after the order is placed, sometimes within minutes. From there, it can take anywhere from 1-5 business days before it is collected by the carrier. Once the order is being processed no changes can be made. However, you may return your product once received. For more information about returns see our Return Policy.
Out of stock orders will be processed at the first availability of stock. If something arises and you need to change your order, our Support Team (firstname.lastname@example.org) can submit an Order Change Request for you. This request can take up to 48 hours to be confirmed. We appreciate your patience while we confirm the requested change.
All order changes and cancellations are subject to a $30 Order Change/Cancellation Fee.
If you would like to add additional items to an existing order, please place a new order. In most cases, we will consolidate the packages and process all open orders as one shipment.
